Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands, Orkney, Outer Hebrides, and Shetland may incur additional charges and delivery delays, but we know you are probably aware of this!

Returns

Is it damaged or faulty? Just email us straight away on sales@churchtownarts.co.uk along with a photo, if needed, to arrange a return and replacement ASAP. Please consider using a trackable postage service as we are not liable for items lost in the post

If the product is fine, but not for you, we will give you a refund, providing the item is returned within 14 days, is fully resalable, in its original packaging, and you still have the original receipt.

Please send us an email to sales@churchtownarts.co.uk and put a note in the parcel letting us know why you are sending it back, making the whole process easy and quick.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on pierced earrings.
